General Manager for GhOne TV, Nana Aba Anamoah has called out media personalities who are not using their platforms to demand accountability from the government following the #Fixthecountry campaign on social media.
Within the past few days, thousands of Ghanaians, including some celebrities and well-known people in Ghana, have taken to social media to protest against the hardships that Ghanaians are facing in these recent times.
While a lot of media personalities have set aside their “partisanship” and joined on in the campaign, others are relentless in their support for the ruling NPP government.
In a Twitter post Tuesday, May 4, the award-winning broadcaster wrote;
“Honestly, if you’re a media person who has nothing sensible to contribute to #FixTheCountry campaign, just keep quiet. We know you’re shameless and we can’t shame the shameless but shut it. It’s enough.
