Veteran news anchor, Wofa Yamoah Frimpong has landed a new job at Manhyia Palace-based Opemsuo FM, mediafillasgh.com can authoritatively state.
This website can disclose that the former Angel FM newscaster officially commenced work with Manhyia Palace- based radio station on Wednesday May 6, 2020 which happens to be the 70th Birthday of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
Wofa Yamoah Frimpong joins Opemsuo Radio, as the host of Adomankomasem, an educative radio programme which discusses Ashanti culture, proverbs and the Akan language, running between Monday and Friday from 1pm to 3pm.
Veterans, Wofa Bosie Amponsah, Nana Osei Yaw Bonsu, and other renowned Akan historians are panelists on the show.
Opemsuo FM, aimed at defining Ashanti culture and looking forward to building a formidable team that can rival competing existing brands.
Wofa Yamoah Frimpong is one of most-seasoned radio personalities in the Ashanti region having worked with OTEC FM, Hello FM and Angel FM. He also worked with Peace FM in Accra.
