The Bantama-based television station is a subsidiary of the Silver Media Alliance, operators of Silver FM, owned by Bantamahene, Baffour Owusu Amankwatia VI (known in private life as Sylvester Asare Owusu), former CEO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Silver TV which operates from the SilverCrest Plaza right opposite the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital roundabout (same building which houses sister Station Silver FM) has Aaron Asare Owusu as its General Manager.
