Outspoken and Hardworking sports broadcast journalist, Opoku Afriyie Richmond (best known as P’Kay) has officially bid farewell to Kumasi-based Fox FM.
The vociferous sports journalist who is popularly known for his unprecedented knowledge and coverage for the local game, now joins Accra-based Light TV as he takes over as the host of Sports Nation which airs between the hours 10am and 12noon weekdays.
Light TV operates under Unity Group of Companies owned by Dr. Kwame Kyei, the Board Chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Football Club.
Dr. Kwame Kyei is also the owner of conglomerates of businesses including Unity Oil, Unity Air, Nation Services Limited, Vision1 FM, Light FM, Wisdom FM and Sports Hotel.
Opoku Afriyie Richmond, previously worked with Dove FM and Silver FM before returning to Fox FM.
