Mediafillasgh.com is reliably informed that broadcast journalist Austine Woode has parted ways with EIB network’s Kumasi-based Abusua FM.
Close source report revealed the outspoken radio presenter and Programmes Manager of Abusua FM hosted his last show on Sunday.
According the source,the popular radio presenter tendered his resignation few days ago, thus joins a tall list of heavyweight employees including Kwame Adinkra, Ike De unpredictable, Mr Katah, Eunice Attakora Manu Akoto Mansah, Debator1, Naa Klordey Fritzal Abban, Foster Aggor etc to have left EIB Network (Kumasi).
Until his departure, Austine Woode anchored Abusua Nkommo, the station’s flagship morning show and also hosted several shows like Abusua Entertainment, Abusua Chartshow, Di Wo Lane Mu etc.
It’s still not clear what actually necessitated his decision to leave the media conglomerate but rumour has it that he resigned due to the financial inefficiency which has catapulted the EIB Network in recent years.
Previously, Austine worked with Multimedia (Luv FM) before joining EIB Network (Abusua FM) in 2016.
