Multimedia has lost another on-air personality as the wave of resignations continues to sweep through the Kokomlemle media organization.
The latest to quit is Ghana-based South African TV presenter, Mapitso Sebidi who ended her seven-year stint with the Multimedia Group.
In her time at the MGL she was largely hosting entertainment and lifestyle shows such as Joynews interactive and the entertainment news on radio and television.
Maps as she publicly known had evolved from an entertainment journalist to an all-round presenter, hosting mainline shows and news Programmes.
Before her resignation, she was sit-in co-host of the AM show on Joynews and also anchored the stations mid morning TV news bulletin (NEWS DESK) and the midday news.
Maps described as versatile, had over the period established herself as a key on-air staff at the Kokomlemle outfit.
Her bubbly nature and infectious smile endeared her to the audiences and many of her colleagues describe her as a bundle of energy.
Our sources say Maps may have been unhappy with certain developments at the media house, which may have played a role in her decision to quit.
It is unclear where the TV presenter is headed next after her resignation but she may still host a music show on JoyPrime a sister stations of the Multimedia Group Limited.
