Renowned sports journalist Charles Osei Asibey has retained his position as the General Secretary of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) following Saturday’s elections.
The former Happy FM Sports presenter affectionately known as “The Barrister” stood unopposed and was elected by popular acclamation to continue as the General Secretary of the organisation.
Asibey is also the President of the Africa Armwrestling Federation and the Vice President of the World Armwrestling Federation.
Charles Osei Asibey, previously worked with Peace FM and Happy FM (all in Accra).
