Lawson FM, the latest addition to the growing radio ecosystem, has kicked off its official test transmission.
The station went live some two weeks ago in the Ashanti regional capital, operating on 96.3MHz on the frequency modulation band with a massive test transmission ahead of its official roll out of normal programming next year.
Moreover, the station is expected to start a television channel (Lawson TV) in the coming days, www.mediafillasgh.com sources say.
Part of a growing media stable, Lawson FM/TV plans a huge roll out when it begins official operations. A team of experienced heads are being recruited to lead its official entry into the mass market in the Ashanti Region.

Lawson 96.3FM is being run by owners of Lawson Herbal Centre, which has Dr. Lawson Kyei Manu as its frontman.
