Julius Caesar Anadem, a broadcast journalist and the morning show host with Ultimate FM in Kumasi, a subsidiary of the EIB Network is reported dead.
The news of his death has taken many, including colleagues, by surprise, especially as he had been active throughout the festive season, and humorously questioned the shortage of beer in Kumasi during Christmas on his Facebook timeline.
Julius Caesar Anadem is said to have taken ill on the morning of January 1, 2025, after which he passed.
The immediate cause of his death is unknown.
Tributes have since been pouring in from colleagues in the media industry.
He previously worked in Tamale, Takoradi, Accra and Kumasi. He also worked with the print, online media.
Until the shocking news of his death, Julius Caesar Anadem was the host of Cup of Tea, a breakfast show on Ultimate 106.9FM in Kumasi.
