The co-host of Pure FM’s James and Katah show, Ekow Mankatah known as Mr Katah has left the radio station for Holy FM, a newly-established radio channel under the Angel Broadcasting Network.
Mr, Katah now joins the Abrepo-Junction based station as the new host of Holy Mid Morning show airing between the hours of 10am and 12noon.
Meanwhile, these changes comes on the backdrop of the newly-acquired Pure sports team which in a way has moved the James and Katah show from 12pm to 3pm, would now be hosted by James Mensah (Pap Jay).
Mr. katah started his radio journey from Focus Fm on the campus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) moved to YFM, later left for Abusua FM before joining Pure FM.
The Angel Broadcasting Network has Samuel Kofi Acheampong as its Chief Executive Officer. It also operates Accra based Angel TV, digital television station as well as a good number of commercial radio including: Angel FM, Pure FM, Holy FM and ONEHD TV in Kumasi, Angel FM and Angel TV in Accra, Angel FM and Cheers FM in Sunyani , OFM in Obuasi, Angel FM in Takoradi , Angel FM and Cheers FM in Takoradi, Darling Fm in Cape Coast , KFM in Techiman, Angel FM and Cheers FM and Angel FM in Tamale and Taste FM in Koforidua.
Dr. Kwaku Oteng is also the owner of conglomerates of businesses including Adonko Bitters, Adonko Hand Sanitizers, Adonko Energy Drink, Plus 2 pub, Angel TV, Angel Educational Complex, Angel Estate and Construction firm, Angel herbal products, Angel transport and trading and many other.
