Popular radio presenter with Accra-based Happy FM, Doc Cann is being reported dead.
Dr Cann died after a battle with a short bout of illness.
News of his passing hit social media the night of Friday, March 25th 2022.
He was at work earlier this week with no indication of his illness.
Netizens found it hard to believe the abrupt nature of his death.
Until the demise of Doc Cann, he was the host of Happy FM’s weekend entertainment show ‘Showbiz Xtra’ and also the host of late drivetime show ‘Ayekoo Ayekoo’.
Dr Cann hosted Showbiz Extra on Happy Fm before he was pronounced dead.
His real name was Francis Ebo Cann.
He was one of the most legendary disc jockeys and morning show hosts around.

Dr Cann’s sad death occurs about a year after the death of another Happy FM stalwart.
