After weeks of insisting that she was not ready to come back on radio as a presenter, popular media personality, Deloris Frimpong Manso aka Delay has finally accepted to work for Chairman Wontumi’s new radio station in the nation’s capital, Wontumi 95.9 FM.
Delay has been going back and forth with Chairman Wontumi in the last few weeks over the attempt of the latter to get her back on radio.
Not long ago, Delay issued a station to state that she had no intentions to return back to radio permanently because she is busy building up her businesses and brand.
She wrote; ‘It was great playing for WONTUMI FM last Friday. But it was just for fun. I do not have any intentions of going back on radio permanently. I’m currently busy building my own business. Thanks for all the kind messages!
Well, it appears that her firm stance did not take a long time to change because earlier today, she announced that she was coming back.
Delay took to her page to share a video of herself and Chairman Wontumi to announce her coming back to working as a radio presenter.
She captioned the post: ‘Chairman, I have accepted your offer. I’m joining your team today 🥰😍😘 I’m back on radio from today. 3 pm to 6pm on WONTUMI RADIO 95.9fm Accra. 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼⭐️⭐️.’
