Popular and Multitalented sports broadcaster King Eben (known in private life as Ebenezer Kyere) has resigned after his four-year stay with Silver FM.
Close source report indicates that he tendered in his resignation on Monday April 27, 2020 to officially leave his position as the station’s head of Sports and host of ‘Silver Sports’.
Your authoritative media fillas portal, mediafillasgh,com can state that the Boss Player as he is popularly called, is heading to Wontumi Radio/TV, owned by Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiako a.k.a Chairman Wontumi.
This portal can also confirm King Eben will assume the position of a General manager at the Kumasi-based station, as well as be its sports show host.
King Eben, arguably the ‘Best Foreign Sports News presenter in the Garden City‘ started his media career with Berekum-based Shallom FM. He moved to Solid FM in Kumasi and later joined Ashh FM.
WONTUMI FM and WONTUMI TV are located at Asokwa near T.I Ahmadiyya Senior High School (AMASS) just behind Kumasi Babayara Sports Stadium.
