Kumasi’s newest radio addition – Asaase Radio 98.5 is officially airborne.
Asaase Radio – Kumasi, the latest addition to the growing radio ecosystem, has kicked off its official test transmission from its premises at Ahodwo, Nhyiaeso.
The station Wednesday afternoon went live in the Ashanti regional capital, is operating on 98.5MHz on the frequency modulation band with a massive test transmission ahead of its official roll out of normal programming.
Folks in Kumasi and its environs should scan your radio set to 98.5FM now and enjoy refreshing good music with great sound.
Asaase Broadcasting Company (ABC) which currently operates Asaase Radio 99.5 (Accra) is being run by owners of the Daily Statesman newspaper, which has Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko as the frontman.
