This past months has been another big one for the media as news and rumours of journalists and broadcasters known and identified with particular media brands have resigned from their jobs to join the competition or moved on to something else. Some of the news has hit us with surprise and awe.
Over the past year, Multimedia Group Limited (MGL) has seen a lot of resignations of some key staff from the media conglomerate including the likes Captain Smart, Nana Yaa Brefo, DJ Willie, Emma Morrison, Malik Abass Daabu, Samuel Nii Narku Dowuona, Kofi Adomah Nwanwani, Aduanaba Kofi Asante Ennin, Bright Kankam Boadu, Kwabena Afriyie Obeng (OB) and many others; the trend continues with the resignation of another key management staff from the media network -www.mediafillasgh.com can state!
This portal, www.mediafillasgh.com, few days ago revealed, Multimedia has been hit with yet another big blow as news anchor and afternoon radio show host Akosua Addai Munumkum who has over the years been with Adom FM and Nhyira FM is resigning from the Multimedia owned outfit in the coming days.
We can authoritatively state that ‘the Obra host’ is finally headed for Akoma FM, a subsidiary of Media General based in Kumasi as the new host of a new afternoon radio show at the Asokwa based station effective Monday 10th May 2021.
