GhOne Tv on Wednesday night held the launch for their slate of new programmes set to bring more information and entertainment into the houses of Ghanaians.
Several programs were launched at the event, spearheaded by CEO of EIB Network Bola Ray and acting General Manager of GhOne TV, Nana Aba Anamoah.
Your favourite television channel launched exciting these new programs tailor-made for its cherished viewers.
According to the Acting General Manager of the station Nana Aba Anamoah, the new programs were developed based on feedback from viewers.
“We will not compromise on the quality you know us for even if it means pursuing it day and night,” she promised.
The new thrilling programmes to be aired include Life’s Tales hosted by Cookie Tee. Life’s Tales will see Cookie unravelling everything about life, family and society.
There is also ‘Unwind’ to be hosted by Regina Van-Helvert which is aimed at getting people to de-stress especially in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to Regina, “we are bringing all the fun to your television. Not just celebrities, we are cutting across to people from all works of life including doctors, etc.”
The Lifestyle Show (TLS) will be anchored by Angela Bamford. She will bring to the limelight by highlighting individuals in society who are inspiring change, making impact and changing lives.
Coming onto your screen also is the ‘ The Next TV Star’ which is a talent hunt show for aspiring television presenters. GhOne’s Serwaa Amihere will steer the affairs of the show in a bid to unearth young talents. The show however will be held virtually due to control measures to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Braimah Kamoko, as Bukom Banku is known in real life, was outdoored for the first time to Ghanaians as a presenter as a trailer for his show hit the air.
Moreover among the shows, the one that has got the streets talking is ‘Bukom Banku Live’ which will see the popular boxer bring to viewers news from less-privileged communities in the country.
GhOne Television is the Ghana Journalist Association’s reigning best English television station.
