Radio presenters, leaving their place of work and joining another, is not new among lovers of radio. What is left pondering, is the day a presenter shall change his or her voice on a new frequency.
The newest story, to unearth by this canonical portal, is Gospel presenter, Kofi Asamoah Anning (best known in the media circle as Pastor Nick), who has joined Techiman based Rock Fm, after spending a couple of years with Pink Fm in Kasoa. Where he used to host the station’s morning show.
Pastor Nick, is now the General manager of Rock FM and also doubles as the host of the station’s dubbed afternoon live worship “moment of worship”. In fact, it is the only running program at the moment.
Pastor Nick, has previously worked with Storm FM (Sunyani) and Space FM (Tarkwa).
Rock FM, is the latest radio baby in Techiman, which is owned by Prophet Mafred Acheampong(Fruit of Christ International Church in Accra, Kwashieman). Rock FM, operates on 106.7.
This portal can only hope, that the establishment of Rock FM, would be an augmentation for the good of Techiman and its environs.
