BACK ON RADIO! Yaw Ampofo Ankrah Returns…Guess Where?

The fiercely competitive radio landscape in Ghana is set to get even more exciting with the news that ace sports broadcaster Yaw Ampofo Ankrah is returning on radio after the long break.

It is understood that Ampofo Ankrah is joining Max FM and TV; would be in charge of revamping and injecting new zeal into sports events, content, marketing and strategy.

However, IMAX Media Group is currently undergoing a total overhaul and rebranding have seal a deal with the former BBC man who is expected to make an immediate impact.

This portal, can confirm the President of Ghana Beach Soccer Association has been given a free hand to effect the necessary boost and change of image the station seeks to establish.

With this high profile capture, it is safe to say that Max FM has ambitions of becoming a credible voice in Ghana broadcasting.

Formerly of Kwese TV, he previously worked with Joy FM, BBC and Radio XYZ.

The multi talented Ampofo Ankrah brings to the table, a repertoire of experiences as a renowned sports broadcaster, communicator and a very huge following among the sports fraternity.
